Bartender – BasiBiyalo®

Role Overview

EPCC Global LDA, as part of the expansion of the BasiBiyalo® portfolio throughout Europe, is looking for a Bartender to join its units in Portugal. The professional will be responsible for training and developing teams, ensuring excellent service and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to BasiBiyalo® recipes and standards
• Create visually appealing drinks, including signature cocktails and custom orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and reconcile receipts accurately
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and alcohol-serving regulations
• Assist in planning and executing bar promotions or special events
• Support team members and maintain smooth workflow during busy periods

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Creativity and attention to detail for presentation and flavor

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of bartending experience in bars, restaurants, or hotels
• Experience creating cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks
• Familiarity with bar inventory management, stock rotation, and cash handling
• Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and professionalism
