Trainer – BasiBiyalo®

Role Overview

EPCC Global LDA, as part of the expansion of the BasiBiyalo® portfolio throughout Europe, is looking for a Trainer to join its units in Portugal. The professional will be responsible for training and developing teams, ensuring excellent service and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with BasiBiyalo® standards, values, and learning objectives
• Facilitate engaging in-person and/or virtual training sessions for diverse learner groups
• Assess trainee needs and customize training materials to address skill gaps and performance goals
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to trainees to ensure knowledge retention and application
• Maintain up-to-date training content, incorporating industry trends and organizational updates
• Collaborate with management and subject-matter experts to align training with business objectives
• Track attendance, progress, and certification records as required
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Professional training or facilitation certification (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, Coaching) preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools, virtual training platforms, and MS Office or equivalent software

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience delivering structured training programs in a professional or organizational setting
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, seminars, or virtual learning sessions
• Experience in developing training materials, manuals, and assessments
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor participants to achieve measurable learning outcomes
• Experience working with diverse learner groups and adapting training approaches accordingly
